I wanted to color this illustration from H 117 cause I worked really hard on it. But halfway through coloring I wanted to translate the Pillows song "Fun Fun Fun OK!" from their 2001 album Smile. I always liked the song and knew about 1/2 of what they're saying I just needed to sit down and actually translate the rest of it....and I included it in this background lol. I really like Smile. It's a weird album full of boxing metaphors ("Monster C.C" is literally about Muhammad Ali). overall it's really optimistic, but nonsensical and melancholy too. "Fun Fun Fun OK!" is by far my favorite song on the album. It's got deep verses mixed with goofy ones and it just makes me feel a little lighter.
