"Barbara Gordon"

I was long gone by the time the Batman figured out the location of Catwoman, I had his attention but more importantly I had Catwoman terrified of me.

The first of so many arrogant women to feel my grasp, the same type that have mocked me and seen themselves to be better than me throughout my life.

It was now time to make myself public knowledge, to have them all running in fear from my name, just like they did back home. The next logical step in my eyes for both my needs of media attention and high profile kidnappings was simple...strike at the heart of the Gotham City Police Department, hit the head hard and abduct his daughter.

I watched her as she went about her days in college until the right moment arrived, she walked down an alleyway alone, unsuspecting I was to make my move. When I did, it was over quickly, it needed to be in clear daylight.

She heard me coming, impressive though it was her senses could detect me she didnt stand a chance as the chop to her neck rendered her unconcious before she could fight back. Something told me that she would have tried to fight aswell, not run but actually take me on.

Regardless when she arrived in my latest hideout, an abandoned attack in a docklands warehouse, I tied her up as tight as I could and gagged her equally tight.

By the time she came around I had the video camera ready to record my message to Gordon, Batman and the City. Via the local news station my first broadcast would send shockwaves through the City.

First Catwoman, now the daughter of Jim Gordon... my message was simple, no woman in Gotham is safe anymore.
