The idea was that there would be steel plating on the soles, like Mugen's sandals if you've ever seen Samurai Champloo; he catches a sword strike with them. Mind you steel plating would most likely make shit for traction just walking but it was a thought. =/

Me: The region is destabilized, too; energy is raining down like a motherfuck. I don't know how GARUDA Panzer's armor would hold out against it, I'm not going to take any chances, either. There's only one safe option. It's time to break his vow of silence.

Riz: *sending out a signal to his CAS hangar at the base; on his monitor: calling: STRECKE...*
Hank: *scanning the horizon with binoculars off Riz's cheek*....*puts them away* We'll be leaving soon.
Blitz & Rogue: *step back as Sanford pulls in with what looks like a modified Jeep Wrangler with armor plating and open cage*
Sanford: Long time no see.
Deimos: From what I've heard it's a factory we're going after.
Me: Genetic factory; they're making Mags.
Deimos: ...Dammit we were supposed to be the smart ones this time. D:

Blitz and Rogue: *hover in; Rogue setting down Sanford's Jeep with a light bounce*
Deimos: *gets out with his comrade as the pair watch the CAS floor drop to a lower level of the base* I didn't even know this place had a lower level, besides the bunkers and armory.
Sanford: Yeah, but for what, though?
Deimos: You think it's another armor?
Sanford: Why would she keep it separate from the others?
Deimos: Ah, I don't know, alright? It's a guess.

[Me]: We broke off rather fast, but I'd like to re-arm as soon as possible. That destabilized area bugs me. *looks on dimly at the crystalline structure of the underground caverns casting a blue hue over Rizon's body as the lift continues to drop steadily* ...Blitz, Rogue.

Thanks. *closes my eyes as a final large blast door opens below the lift, reading Terminal Dogma*
[Blitz and Rogue]: *walk out to their individual magnetic launch rails and prepare for take-off* "Magnetic Rail Launch in 3...2...1...Launch" *the duo are shot out of the lifts at near their full speed and return to the area where we previously met*

-The lift stops as it comes to the final level, Terminal Dogma. It is dark other than the blue glow emanating from the underground crystal cave system-
[Me]: Begin CAS system re-arm. Code: Strecke.
-The sides of the chamber open up as robotic arms emerge and strip Rizon of his base Zero armor, which they withdraw into the walls with. The chambers holding Zero armor rise up their individual lifts to bring the armor back to the main CAS chamber. The wall panels open again, re-arming Riz with the Strecke [Restrain] armor type-
[Me]: *checks Riz's monitor, CAS complete* Preparing for Magnetic Rail Launch.
-The lift that we rode down ascends at a steady speed as the Terminal Dogma area is sealed off once again-
[Me]: Good afternoon, Strecke.
[Strecke]: ....Grahhh....
[Hank]: ...*actually quite surprised Strecke hasn't chewed him out yet*
[Riz]: Raah? [So Miss Azure will be joining us as well?]
[Azure]: ? *takes form from the shadow she was residing in with a crystal she was munching on in her mouth* Hehe, you found Azure. ^w^ This one felt a disturbance in the force and figured big brother Strecke was going to wake up. *sits back with Hank*
[Me]: Heh.

[Blitz]: *nods*
-The duo fly past Lightning's group and loop around, coasting beside them-

-The duo falls back a bit as two bright lights come on under the visor now covering Riz's eyes; purple fumes are expelled violently from ports covering Riz's now sealed mouth and the life-support tubes coming from his jaws.-
[Me]: Sanford, Deimos, I'd like you to meet Strecke.
Deimos: Ehhh....*waves meekly*
-He freezes as a low pitched growl emanates across the hangar-
[Strecke]: Graaaaaaaaa.......
[Me]: No worries, he's just a little irritable.
[Sanford]: You don't...say.
[Hank]: (To himself: A little? Well that's the understatement of the century. He's been "irritable" as long as I've known him.) *grunts*
[Riz]: Raa. [Seems like Blitz and Rogue met up with Lightning's group.]
[Me]: Aright.

Blitz and Rogue: *chirp as they are waved at*
Blitz: ...Skree! *Lightning's realization prompts him to break off and go back in search of Rosie*
-He picks up to a higher speed, pressing on until he finds a signal on his radar. He brings himself to a gentle landing before her and presents himself as he bows down with his head near the ground, opening the canopy to his cockpit and offering a ride-

[Blitz]: *chirps as he rears back and locks the canopy, gently striding forward with outstretched wings until he begins to hover with the Magnesser System and finally take off*
[Rogue]: *watches as his wingmate rejoins the pack after a little while and return to leading towards the base*
