You should release an icon pack of application icons in the style of the pidgin icons, it would be perfect for a dock or application launcher.

best theme EVER but...how did you archieve that your pidgin is so much minimalistic? How did you removed menu and status? i`m trying to archieve that for 2 days but only thing that i done is that i destroyed my pidgin twice so im kind of desperate.

could anybody tell me how to install this theme?
I have ubuntu 9.04 I already tried to drag it into the appearance window, and copied the folders in ~/.theme
but it did'nt work

On emerald theme.. the panels are still pulling the colors from the gnome theme manager(im using ubuntu intrepid) so it's still pulling the defaults from human theme.
Also, I tried installing the gtk instead, but Iḿ doing something wrong.. Should I just place the mookid/ folder inside of ~/.themes?
Please help, I really like this theme..

On your Firefox window there is only "Links" and "Menu" menus, can I ask for few more screenshot (with roll-off those menus) and explanations how did You do it?

the "Menu" comes from an addon called "tiny menu", the links is actually just a folder on the bookmarks toolbar, then I dragged the bookmarks toolbar up to the menubar when right clicking the bars and chosen customize, I've also been using the gnome firefox theme, which has no folder icons next to the bookmark so it looks like a menu, you can also do something similar with an addon called personal menu, which I'm using now since I'm on FF3beta now and tiny menu and themes aren't available for it yet.

Don't worry, metacity borders still exist, however, we art developers are working on the newest version which supports basic compositing. You'll get emeraldishlike borders, without... emerald. And, what video card do you have that you cna't run compiz? O.O I've seen a pentium 2 with a voodoo card run compiz.

I know, my video card sucks, and i was suppose to buy a new one, but... wanna know? I don't live in front of my pc all the time to buy something just to have cool borders, since i can't see any other use for a graphic card on linux -.-'
