Description The troupe had been assigned to guard a single child. An easy task for a group of three. The trouble with groups though, is that everyone assumes that everyone else is watching the child and then no one is watching the child. And at a certain age, kids can move very very fast.

And so, the blame game begins as they set off in search of the child. Terhen and Fihr each blame the other. And of course the one who lost the child should be the one to sniff the stinky sock and see if they can pick up the scent right?

Bruh can't be bothered by the two of them. Their initial shouting was giving him a headache and is what prompted him to get off his lazy  ass and look. He's probably grabbed the kid out of the pink magic muck, reunited with with its family and gone to get some food for those crazy munchies he has before the others take a break from their arguing to even notice his absence.

Quest for a lost child
Set in Vitalus ( how do you spell that >__>)

Terhen's expression in that second one, though... |'''D I CAN'T HANDLE IT.
These guys sure got a mess going on! Good that even Bruh managed to find the kid though, as I'd assume pink magic muck isn't too healthy for children in a long run.
But these turned out lovely! I sure love your take on Vitalus, I'm especially fond of those amethyst-like crystals randomly sprouting from the ground! (I hope Vitalus has loads of "No Running!" -signs around... It wouldn't probably be healthy to trip on one of those.) The overall sketchy style is also working so nicely on these! I'd actually love to know how do you even do the backgrounds on this style, or is it mostly just slapping textures on everything? I never anyway learned myself how to use textures nicely on pictures. cx

Also, Bruh has the cutest face on the bottom pic!

Thank you so much for these pieces!

I mean, I'm all for finding out using live subjects if pink goo is healthy in the long run. Maybe it does help?

These backrounds were a bit of a weird experiment. I just used the lasso tool to draw all of them, and then used pretty textured brushes on top of them. Normally I don't texture these backgrounds much. I'm undecided on if it looks nice and more interesting, or just too busy and clashing. One thing I did differently though is my multiply layer instead of using a slightly rough brush to make the shading, I just straight up used a leaf brush so all my shadows are sort of leaf shaped. That was a weird and interesting thing in these that I've also never done before.
