That's pretty good. Age the paper a bit to look yellowed and you could modify it to look like a wanted poster or perhaps even a warning to raiders and others like 'Break the law, I break you.'

Amazing artwork... And I hate to be a Fallout Nazi but Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas are separate games. This is Fallout New Vegas. But still, amazing.

I like their armor, but I don't like being dressed as a NCR soldier, luckily I found the Riot Gear which looks like this armor.
