wow, I heart kakashi. I heart him so.Anywho. I'm really quite pleased with this CG. I spent a massive amount of time on it! I took well over an hour just cleaning up making sure no colors were outside of the lines. There are some spots you can tell that I didn't clean up very well though. This is perhaps one of the more detailed bgs I've ever done with a CG (obviously looking at it...it's not that detailed). It looks awefully flat to me...I'm still working on BGs. Oh, and those are suppose to be like banners/paintings hanging up behind him...they didn't turn out very well though...

Damn, love the hairjob there, specially the coloring.
If you really want to work on BG's, I'd suggest you go outside with something hard to write on and just draw the surrounding land (or houses, wherever it is you live)....helps alot in terms of perspective, and using the *gasp*, ruler.
(I would do that, but considerin its -15 Celcius out here in Canada with a wind-chill, I aint taking my chances ><, not to mention the snow leaves me blind)
The only thing that may use some work is the light source, it seems as if its hittin him straight on, but the left arm makes it look as if the light it coming from a different direction as opposed to the right arm...but that could just be me...
