Description
The Amalgamation Universe is a Sci-Fi videogame crossover universe that has it's own expanded lore, galaxy map, timeline and comics.Explore it all from my gallery:

In the Amalgamation Universe the UNSC has three branches, the mechforce, the Navy and the Marines. The N7's are the Navies Special Forces of this universe. The UNSC Naval Special Warfare's division sends it's operatives on highly classified missions that only the very elite can handle. N7 is a vocational code in the United Earth's Government Alliance military much like in the traditional Mass Effect Universe. The "N" designates special forces and the "7" refers to the highest level of proficiency. It applies to UNSC personnel who have graduated from the Interplanetary Combatives Training (ICT) program; though in this universe the N7's specialise in zero-g and ship and station combat, whereas ODST's are usually utilised to deal with high priority planetary assaults. Though when a more subtle approach is needed the N7's are definitely the go to units for on the ground jobs.

BACKGROUND STORY:
This image directly ties into Issue #4 of the Vindicates series amalgamation100.deviantart.com…
This squad of N7's were apart of the second wave of troops sent into the joint UEGA/Weyland-Yutani facility in response to the distress calls. The second wave consisted of two N7 squads, a small group of Titan Pilots and two ODST squads, the second wave was sent in after the first wave, a heavily armed platoon of Marines, didn't report back. Now the facility has gone completely dark and no word has been heard back from anyone.
To minimalise further casualties a third "wave" of troops was assembled with as little men as possible, but consisted of the best the UNSC had to offer at the time despite all the resources being thrown at the very important fortress world Reach. The UNSC assembled two exo-suited special operatives and a one augmented S2.

Well the Patreon stuff is available for only 1 USD$ a month, it's a none subscription model so you can cancel at any time. I only have one contributor over there at the moment which gives me 4.50 USD$, what I'm trying to do right now is build up my network. Atm the money I get from Patreon mostly goes to cover the cost of my core membership. 1 USD is actually worth almost 2 (Australian) to me which is like a cup of coffee.
I made a journal post before about what I intend to use the funds for if I get more funds
Patron UpdateSo I'm gonna give Patroning one more push and hopefully it pays off before I find a new job.
Currently there are about a dozen active watchers (people who answer polls and comment on stuff, you know who you are )
As I write this I have only one Patron, who's money I use to buy core membership mostly. I saved it up for a few months and used it for that at the right time, which is what I'll probably keep using it for.
But if each and everyone of you were to donate anywhere from 1-5 USD$ a month (follower or soldier tiers which are the lowest, and I'm talking about active followers only) that'd be about 17-65 $ a month, this is what I I'd be able to afford:
- Points -

Hundreds or thousands of points. Points are good for getting more attention on DA and could be used to gather even more financial support. With the points I was donated + collected from trading llamas I was able to get a feature on 100millionPOINTS (gave them 50 points) and
I only took a break from my comic to concentrate on tutorials and getting better with my art to hopefully attract new followers, I recently got a surge of new followers which is good, but my Patreon as always seems to lack behind haha XD

I understand mate, honestly I do.
I only just finished College a few months after starting with this, I was studying full time and broke too, now I gotta deal with the debt haha. Luckily in my country our debt doesn't have any interest, but it's still there!

Me too man, me too
just keep in mind for the future (should you get more cash), if you are interested in getting early access to the comics it's only a buck a month, I will however post everything here eventually, as I can't hold them back permanently due to copyright haha.

I guess even with their fancy gear and biotics the N7s never really stood a chance against an enemy that in contrast to Batarians, Krogan, Covenant, and Geth they had never seen or heard of till now.

The facility has a lot of these, hundreds. I want the Xenomorphs to be a formidable and dangerous enemy to the Vindicates, and so I'm building them up as that, but they're basically overrunning the facility with sheer numbers.
But you never know, maybe some of the second wave group survived...

Perhaps, but if they and the others aren't strung up in the nest they have to be separated, holding out very good, scared, wanting to leave and destroy the station from the safety of ships with really powerful guns, or soon to be dealt with by the Xenomorphs very soon. Either way they have to be very truly lucky to have lasted for so long.

Luck doesn't have anything to do with it, training and badassery is always the answer to victory
that and plot convenience.
