I really don't want to see this anymore x'D

Actually, I drew this several months ago, but as there was supposed to be a contest with your fan characters in their God Tier outfits, I waited for a while so I wouldn't have to draw something new. Eventually the contest never took place, and I never finished the picture. Until I found it again!

All that was missing were the white dots and a background, both things were done yesterday. I never really showed my RP group what she was supposed to look like, so I finally wanted to get this done u.u" I couldn't decide whetehr she should be the Champ or Guard of Time - I don't remember why I decided on the second one, but tried to represent it a bit in her outfit. These things on her boots are supposed to be some kind of shield-whatever-this-is-called-thingy. Didn't want to add too much though as God Tier designs seem to be rather simple. I also added the cape. Actually I wanted to do that even before Dave's God Tier was shown.... as you can see, this whole idea has been in my head for really quite a while! Anyway, the cape both add a bit to the guard thingy and her love for superheroes, so here we are.

As this picture was quite old, I wanted to make it a bit more interesting with an animated background. Didn't know how to do that for transparent background though and ended up raging quite a lot yesterday as I was trying to find everything out. Actually I wanted to add shades and otehr interesting stuff in the background as well, yadda yadda, I'm tired of this and just want to submit it.

Oh yeah, one last thing: That thing in her hand is supposed to be a pendulum bob, just that it's a ball. I am obviously lacking the right vocabulary here. Anyway, Natalie's strife specibus is ballkind, and this thing is kind of like Dave's turntables. Just that it's a "pendulum ball" as I call it now xD The brown stuff was supposed to be carved patterns so it looks a bit more interesting~
