Phew, I did it on time! I would've liked to fully color this and add a background, but since the deadline is close, time unfortunately a bit scarce, and considering it's not directly part of the criteria, I eventually had to decide against this u//u" It was more important to focus on my choices for the design anyway!
Anyway, this is Genisay 's character Ouron, and this is my idea for his outfit for the Outfit Design Contest .

My thoughts for the design were the following:
The Ale'nodai are a tribal inspired people, and I wanted to get that across with the cloth around his waist, too. In different colors and with patterns, just as it's also the case with Malka and Bli'ni
I considered them, but eventually decided against trousers of any kind underneath. That seemed like the more comfortable choice for me!
I am surprised that I didn't see any gems on the other designs, yet, since Ouron is a gem crafter and I imagine him to use that for his outfits, too o: So, one is on his necklace and another holding the cloth around his waist together. What I had in mind were Jadeite for the first and Garnet for the latter, both of them being considered rare gems (on earth), though of course, that can also be interpreted differently. Wood frames the gems.
The brown part of cloth on his waist is actually supposed to be leather, representing the fact that he also hunts
His hunting is further supported by the feathers on one ear and the teeth as a "bracelet" on the other.

...Aaaand I think that's it with the explanations! The rope around his waist further supports the cloth holding together like that, and the other aspects are more of fashion aspects. He enjoys competition, so maybe that includes clothing as well
