This was a commission for ~cycloneArchfiend - he gave me several options to choose from, and while all of them sounded interesting and fun I finally decided on this one! u.uMimic in a lolita dress sounded really tempting as well, though...
Aaaanyway, here it is, Sora vs. Misa! You said that smashing people with chains is one of Misa's favorites, but in order for the fight to look more equal l I interpreted it more like "smashing with sharp pointy chains" o: Misa's outfit is basically the way she looks here [link] but I also remember you saying that she doesn't really wear the same outfit twice so I changed a few things. And tried to come up with boots
Somehow she looks younger when I draw her 
I have no idea why though.While drawing this I somehow created the headcanon(s) that 1.) Misa had this evil expression when fighting and 2.) the chains of her choice must fit her clothing
At any cost!And Sora is, well, being Sora xD Using some windy stuff to block Misa's attacks - and surely also about to send some sharp windy stuff at Misa, too o.o I never drew her from behind so this was quite a challenge x_x Don't ask how long it took me to figure out how to draw these straps on her boots so that it makes sense >.< When I finally found out... it is so simple. Seriously. I wonder what I had problems with in the first place.
Oh and last but not least I decided on Misa being shown from the front as she is your character. And so that the focus is rather on her than on Sora I added these awesome action lines. Yay!

Misa, Misa ~ I love Misa in this picture. That expression is totally fitting for her, when she's in battle. X33 I love her little fangs~<3 X33
And her outfit~! I love how you made it, especially her boots. Yeah, it's true that she never wears the same complete outfit twice ~ but, that doesn't mean she doesn't wear the same accessories only once~! 
Those chains ~ magnetism powers grant you access to the most badass whips.
Aww, and Sora's pose is really cool~! It's neat to see her in an action pose like that~! X33 Especially from behind - that is such a hard angle to work from... x.X Even if working on a pose like that lead to one of my personal favorite sketches that I've drawn...
That gives me a theory on what could possibly lie beneath those bandages, covering her eyes...? Probably wrong, but it never hurts to speculate on the possibilities.
Pfff ~ I can never draw those straps on her boots right... Because of the way I draw, I usually have to draw only two straps...
I am going to have to color this, somehow ~ that extra 20 points I can make up for by finally showing you Misa's color scheme~! And making a colorful picture, of course!

Funny thing is I had to squeeze the third one in as well. When I first drew her three seemed to be perfectly fine and now three is suddenly a bit tight - seems as if my style changed or something? I don't know o.o

X33 She's calm and collected, but when she's fighting, she really gets into it ~ she's actually kind of a sadist, thanks to all the power her Shard gives her. o.o
Heheh ~ her boots look amazing ~ I just hope they look okay, with the colors I gave them.
Pfff~! Then it's a good thing that she now does that. uwu And, yes ~ she would have the money to do that - considering some of the things she has... I think a ton of weapons that match her outfits are rather cheap in comparison.

And I know that it's silly! Just about as silly as kiling a Final Fantasy character for the sake of learning an attack. With the difference that one is real and senseless and the other one fictional and good for something xD

Wow, the good news are that great, I think I'd prefer to just leave both the good and bad news out and die xD So my guess is that a few characters (e.g. Vivi) were close to being killed, but as Misa is a fan of torture Vivi was lucky enough to escape before things got too much out of hand... meaning bfore she died o.o

Uhhh not much u__u I concentrate on the HS story first. Which reminds me that I wanted to go through my notes again, change a thing or two and then ask you whether the beginning makes sense or is too much OOC. I know that I wanted to start differently, but I forgot before I managed to write it down .__." But when I do the Homestuck comic which is rather short, especially compared to the story, I can get some experience, learn a few things and see whether I am still interested in making longer comics. And then I would hopefully be able to start the HS comic this year 8D
Hey, I never really payed that much attention to this 3-thingy. I should from now on! And see whether it's correct o.o

Those Spear/Chain things that Misa is using reminds me of Scorpion's long-range stab attack from Mortal Kombat (The "get over here" one). They also sort of remind me of Zero's Triple Rod in Megaman Zero, but less-bendable.

As I've played neither fo these games I quickly looked it up - I guess there is some resemblance, but it's mainly the "chain with a pointy triangle on it"-part, at least in my opinion! xD But I can see what reminded you of these things ^^
