(---"One of the first unfortunate victims of Andro-Dan 's experiments involving Sargassite . The rather young, homeless orphan by the name of Helen became a monstrous behemoth under the assumption that she would be given warm food and a bed to call her own. And like the others, Andro-Dan had to severely pacify her with a recently acquired weapon called Hip Knox's Brain Gun*, wiping the memory of the traumatic transformation and "modifying" her memories to suit his employers' needs. However, the mind-wipe wasn't as perfect as the later experiments, though Andro-Dan did keep Helen under control by threatening to take away her precious teddy bear, the only thing left to remind her of her original family."---)

This character was inspired by a DC character named Monster, a member of DC's pastiche of The Avengers called The Maximums . Monster was actually a little girl named Becky who transforms into a enormous creature with superhuman strength and durability, at the cost of a very low intelligence, when she's afraid. The Cyclops here is my take on that, though like always I made some modifications. Also I did take some inspiration from Ed, Edd 'n Eddy, in that there was an episode where Ed talks about a movie called The Brainless Cyclops.

And like her fellow captive, Annhesive , The Unicorn Foundation uses Helen as one of their tools, though because of her monstrous appearance she wasn't used as part of The Foundation's team, more like a attack dog to keep intruders from entering the darker parts of the compound. So now she's far from home in the Ever-Changing City , trapped on the Neon Side of The Cyperpunk District , forced against her will to serve a corporation that sees her as nothing but an expendable tool.
