This is my first adopt that I'm doing, just for fun! I was practicing character design and thought of making a witch, since I'm really interested in their designs! She's a good witch, or not... She has a bow and a star attached to her hat, she's so cute! I like to imagine she's great at brewing potions and carving wands!
