OMG. Sparkles!
Let me tell you, this took me a very VERY long time and took many many MANY layers. But it was SUCH A FUN PROJECT!!
Ceci, 's character, is so beautiful and has a great design! I really tried pretty hard to recreate her in my own style... it was pretty hard, also since i didnt use lineart on this...
But still... I really do like this!!
