Actually my sister made this doll. I do the sets and photography for all of our doll shoots. She was 16 at the time. But you can be any age and still learn to do anything you set your mind to. Here's her page if you want to see more of her work

Well this one is pretty simple, you just swoop the front part of her hair over to the left side (spary a ton of hair spray for hold) and take the upper part of her hair and put it in a loop bun and cover the rubber band with a paper-made skull.
