Update Octo 16 2017:
When I made this vector I thought it's more like... a little joke, never thought it would be such a welcome. And now, it seems to be a little poor in skills (Since I didn't pay much attention at first), so I made some improvements:
1.) Added gradients;
2.) The mane outline now corresponds with the mane stripe;
3.) Added eyes' sparkle and highlight transparent;
4.) Adjusted the color according to the MVC color guide, changed mode to RGB;

Well I capped the reference image from the trailer, in which twilight stretch out her head from the butter cream. And these butter cream, seemingly with great fluidity, are gradually falling from her head.
The picture I captured happened to have a piece of sticky cream passing the eye, and... I didn't think much when vector that.
But since you mentioned, I made an version without the icing (note some other parts are also modified, hope you won't mind
