History

{Kithood}

Maplekit was born alongside her littermates Tamarinkit and Boughkit. Unlike most of the kittens in the nursery, they were born in the Rippleclan camp while the Emberclanners took shelter from the fire. Their father died during the fire before they were born and their mother dying after giving birth. Fennelsong, a Rippleclaner queen, fed and cared for them instead of their mother, they were very sad when they had to return to Emberclan territory. They felt like strangers in their clan, only trusting each other and no one else.

{Apprenticeship}

Maplepaw was a strong young she-cat, but refused to train with her mentor. She didn't felt like home in Emberclan, and she didn't want to train to defend this clan full of strangers. Her heart was in Rippleclan, where she was born- But she was trapped within the borders. Maple started training on her own, and with her siblings Bough and Tamarin they made a plan to escape from there and return to their home. Their warrior assessment arrived and they set off never to go back, making their former clanmates believe that they had died.
Returning to Rippleclan after so many moons was weird, there were too many rocks and water, nothing like Emberclan territory. Luckily they met Fennelsong on the way to the camp and Riverstar allowed them to stay- they were finally able to let their guard down after so many moons. Maple began Rippleclan training with Sparrowshriek, a young but nice warrior. Training with them helped her perfect her sign language, she even learned how to braid her fur! Maple also met Tempestpaw, an apprentice who was also going through the same thing as her, training at the age of a warrior- they clicked immediately and Maple really liked her.

{Warrior Hood}

Maple was finally given the honor to receive her warrior name in her new clan, her one and only home. She works hard to make her mother and clan proud.
