Soooooo I hate calculus, but when an extra credit idea I dream up gets approval, I pounce. A cake might not seem educational, but think again!!!! It's not very pretty, I know, but the equations written on it create a figure which, when roatated around an axis, makes the shape of a bundt cake, not unlike this one!!!! MIND BLOWING, ISN'T IT??? We're learning to find the volume of such figures. Wish me luck on tomorrow's quiz.Related content

i dropped out of calculus because I hated it and also I got into art school around this time in senior year and realised that I wouldn't need math ever again. but if we had been able to make CAKES in calculus, I might have stuck it out. this looks great. green icing? how absurd

I was never a fan of calculus, but now that I'm going to be doing a course with phsics in it I'm gonna have to learn! Maybe a few of your cakes could help
