This drawing took me about 21 hours, but... I ABSOLUTELY had to draw this picture that I had in my head, since I watched and listened to a music of one of my favorite composers. (Ivan Torrent).

In the Nightlands, you could already see the small white birds with horns, on the two drawings of Amadea. Small spirits that disappear at daybreak.

I was looking for an appearance for more immense spirits, some kind of immaterial guardians, like swimming between two different dimensions. Visible but untouchable.

I didn't want to make dragons, I wanted something really atypical. Then I was inspired by the video I'm talking about, and I did "allelujah". Especially because I really like whales. I find them impressive and mysterious.

They are perfect for the Nightlands.

These two flying whales are therefore Guardians. They are completely higher consciousness, untouchable and visible to the common mortal on rare occasions. They watch over the lands of the night people, feeding the forest with their passage before returning to their dimension called the Dream, which accessible by a minority of people. Amadea the Night Princess and her sister, the Night Queen, are enjoying the view.

"In ancient legends, it is said that the Nightlands are a cut off part of the Dream, which has become anchored in reality. The Moon Goddess, Nemess, seems to reside in this other dimension as well."

I admit that the Nightlands are really my favorite land. It makes me happy to draw this place while I'm drawing the comic, which for the moment takes a place in a place... a little less mystical. *cough*
