Anyway, in a comic mode, In the 3DS/VITA Game, Laval's Journey, She has the most powerfull weapon in the game, but at the same time, she's a fragile character... :3

Indeed, though I don't know her very well due to the fact that she doesn't seem to appear that often in the tv series - which I haven't all seen. I still like her design a lot :3

Windra is such an awesome character design. I haven't seen any of the TV show but the first three episodes (which I was not incredibly impressed with) and a couple of the shorts, but as much as I tried to resist, I did end up with a fairly substantial collection of the sets, including the one she comes in. And I didn't hesitate to pick up Greg Farshtey's Chima storybooks, which are not anywhere near as serious as his BIONICLE comics and chapter books, but still extremely entertaining.
It's a bit of a shame that so many of the sets give the character physical armor pieces that cover up their amazing torso decorations, but thankfully Windra doesn't have that problem (the Eagles and Ravens, on the other hand, can't really escape it since there's still no neck bracket that can attach their wings so effectively without covering up the torsos).
I'm glad Chima has done a better job with female representation than other fantasy-adventure LEGO themes like Ninjago. It's even on par with or better than many years of BIONICLE. 2006 had 22 characters in the sets, not counting beasts like Fenrakk/Kardas, and just two female characters among them (Hahli and Dalu). In contrast, this year's Chima lineup appears to have about 38 new minifigures, and six of those characters are female β the same ratio that BIONICLE had in 2001, which was arguably its best year for female representation in the sets. There's still lots and lots of room for improvement, but the theme has gotten off to a good start in my opinion.

Bionicle hasn't released loads of female sets, but there are still a bunch of females that appeared in its story; like Toa Helrix, Lariska, and so on. So they didn't simply pushed them aside. But it could be indeed very cool if they did more of those sets.Β
And I agree with you, that Windra's design is one of the most interesting and beautiful, that actually was the main reason why I wanted to draw her!
