I'm currently making my own crocheted Phantom doll (that is I've been making it since last year coz I'm lazy).
I know attaching the hair is a hell of work XD If I may ask, how did you make his hair look so smooth and back-combed? Did you fixate it at his neck?

So, if I understood this correctly, you go sort of up and down with the needle, but always on the surface? You know, I thought you might have stitched through the whole head with every hair you attach, which would have been difficult due to the stuffing.

Oh I have got to have the pattern! I've become addicted to making amigurumis now that I've learned how. Did you do that free hand or did you create a pattern? I'd be willing to pay for a pattern if its available. I did one of Paul Stanley from KISS for a friend of mine and I think it's the best one I've done but it was rather hard without a pattern. But this little guy is just too adorable! Great job!
