Here is another animated movie that I am reviewing on April Fool's Day. Don't worry. This is not an April Fool's joke. This a real review. Hope you understand. Anyway, the movie I'm reviewing is called: Finding Nemo from 2003. This is a Pixar film that is released for the 2000s. The story starts with two clownfish named Marlin and Coral who live in a home called the anemone which is across the Great Barrier Reef. They are about to have kids which are in eggs. Then all of a sudden, a barracuda appears out of nowhere and attacks the clownfish. When night falls, Marlin wakes up and looks around. But Coral and the eggs are all gone. Devastated, Marlin begins to cry. But then, he sees one of the eggs which is cracked. He takes care of it and names the egg Nemo. As the years go by, Marlin takes care of his only son Nemo to make sure that nothing happens to him, and he has a lucky fin. Then as Nemo grows older, it's his first day of school. So Marlin teaches Nemo the ways of the ocean as he takes his son to school. There, Nemo meets some new friends. He meets Tad, a butterflyfish, Sheldon a seahorse and Pearl a flapjack octopus. Then, their teacher Mr. Ray comes and takes his students to the Drop Off. Horrified, Marlin panicked and races after them. Soon, Mr. Ray and his students reach the drop off. Meanwhile, Nemo, Tad, Sheldon and Pearl sneak off and see the open ocean. Then they see a really strange object out in the distance which was called the boat. Tad, Sheldon and Pearl go out in the open ocean while Nemo stays behind because his dad says it's not safe. Suddenly, Marlin appears and talks sternly to Nemo. Nemo and Marlin have an argument which really angers Nemo. While Mr. Ray and Marlin have a talk, Nemo swims out to the boat and then touches it with his fin. Marlin snaps at Nemo and Nemo swims back and Marlin snaps that he is in really big trouble. Suddenly, a scuba diver appears from behind Nemo and snatch him in a net. Soon, another scuba diver appears in front of Marlin and takes a picture of him blinding Marlin. Then the scuba divers swim back to the boat. Marlin swims after the boat but can't catch it because it's too fast. While one of the divers put Nemo in a bucket, he accidentally knocks his mask overboard. Marlin desperately tries to tell some other fish if he sees the boat and they have taken his son. All of sudden, a regal blue tang fish slams right into Marlin and they both get hurt. The fish introduces herself and her name is Dory. Dory leads Marlin to the boat, then they start to chase each other. Marlin thinks that this is some kind of joke, but Dory says she has suffered from short term memory loss. Just as Marlin swims away, he gets stopped by a great big shark named Bruce. Bruce takes Marlin and Dory to a party right inside a sunken submarine. There, they meet two more sharks named Anchor and Chum. Then they are revealed to be friendly sharks. Soon, Marlin notices a mask from the diver and Dory takes it to the sharks, but Marlin pulls on the mask and then the mask snaps right in Dory's face. Then she starts bleeding, and the blood goes into Bruce. And he starts chasing Marlin and Dory and then the mines near the submarine start exploding. Meanwhile, Nemo finds himself in a dentist fish tank. There he meets some new fish. They are: Peach, Bloat, Bubbles, Gurgle, Deb, Flow and Jacques. Nemo meets another fish named Gill who is the leader of the tank gang. They tell Nemo that the dentist is going to give Nemo to his niece Darla who is a fish killer. Shocked, Nemo panicked and wants to go back to his dad. Gill and the gang help Nemo by clogging the filter so the dentist would have to clean the tank himself. They also have a friend named Nigel a pelican. Meanwhile, Marlin and Dory swim the Deep Dark Ocean to find the mask while being chased by an anglerfish. Dory says the mask is from Sydney which is in Australia. Marlin and Dory meet a school of moon fish and they show them the way to Sydney by going to the East Australian Current. Soon, Marlin and Dory reach a trench and they swim over it. Then, they get caught in a Jellyfish Forest. They get stung many times and they black out. Soon, they awoke inside the East Australian Current, and they meet a sea turtle named Crush and his son Squirt. Meanwhile, inside the tank, Nemo takes a pebble jams the gears inside the filter and the tank gets dirty. Gill and the others watch as the tank gets dirty. Meanwhile, Marlin and Dory say goodbye to the sea turtles and left the current. Just then, they see a whale. While Marlin tries to stop her, Dory asked the whale for directions in whale talk. Soon, the whale swallows Marlin and Dory and the whale takes them to Sydney. Soon, they reach Sydney. Meanwhile, inside the tank, the tank gang notices that the tank is clean. Then the dentist takes Nemo out of the tank and puts him in a bag. Then, Darla comes inside the dentist office and Nemo gasps. Outside Sydney, Marlin and Dory meet the pelican Nigel and his friend Gerald and Nigel flies Dory and Marlin to the dentist office. They see Darla with the bag and Marlin sees Nemo on his side. Marlin thinks that his son is dead. But when they leave, Nemo is still alive, and he was playing dead. Gill makes an escape route for Nemo, and he falls down the drain and into the ocean. Soon, Nemo meets Dory, and she takes Nemo to his father. Marlin and Nemo are reunited and are happy to see each other again. Just then, a net snatches some fish including Dory and they are pulled up. Marlin, Dory and Nemo help the fish by swimming down to the ground. The net breaks and everyone is free. But Marlin and Dory see Nemo lying on the ground. Nemo wakes up and Marlin breathes a sigh of relief. Marlin apologizes to Nemo for what he did, and Nemo apologizes back. They are back together one again. And then, the next day, Marlin takes Nemo to school. But now he knows that his son can take care of himself. Meanwhile, the tank gang escape the fish tank and they go into the ocean, and they figure out what to do next. And that's the end of Finding Nemo. This Pixar film is really good. I like the story. It's really well done. Hope you guys like Finding Nemo and I hope you guys like my review.
