Hmm...from what I know about tobotcop, you seem to go his expression and armor plating down perfectly. The anatomy is fine, and the shading is well done. I only see two main problems with this peice. One is that the gleam on his(?) body seems way to...bold. It makes it look a bit like a mettalic jellybean. This can be fixed by making the gleam smaller or a light blue. Speaking of blue, I think the color could be a tad bit darker, like a blueish-grey.
Overall, you did a very fine job!

Okay! I went back and looked again. Because I'm on mobile I thought the colors where too bright, but the blue is not as bad as I thought. The gleams are still too noticeable though... :/ sorry

Yeah, the same answer I wrote on the sexy Robo3 drawing. Adding extra lighting makes him have volume on his body and makes him look less flat. But I will keep in mind your opinion.
Also, colors change depending on the device you use to browse the artwork. So make sure you look at the pieces you are reviewing in a good quality computer first. Don't use mobile phones as they can be deceptive at times.
I am always obsessed to look at my final pieces in all the computers I have in my studio. Many of the sketches that I made in past years using lower quality monitors have 50 shades of grey in all the blacks. Lol. I hadn't realized how bad they looked until I got myself a better Samsung monitor and browsed them in horror.
