Description
The first Red Tetrarch was Alexei Mikhailov, a nemesis of Pyrrah and Dartgirl throughout the 1960's. Mikhailov lived a long and tortured existence, but his life came to an end in the early 21st Century when Russian scientists successfully separated Alexei from the metal armor that had sustained him for decades. The identity of the Red Tetrarch II is not yet known, but the woman that now lives within the armored shell of the Red Tetrarch despises both Pyrrah and Chryseis.
