I would say no, because Sunset Shimmer and Daydream Shimmer were the same person/pony. Midnight Sparkle was human Twilight - not pony Twilight - Therefore, since she is her own person and not a copy of pony Twilight, she would get a mark unique to her. So, even if she went to Equestria and became a normal pony (not Midnight Sparkle), I think she would have this cutie mark.
