'Amphibia ran away from home in order to save the frogs that were dying in the stream at the bottom of the garden, leaving behind foster parents and step-brother who showed her no love and looked down at her as some odd hunchbacked freak. Exhausted after days of travelling, searching for a pure stream in which to place her beloved sick frogs, she lay down and fell asleep at the edge of a forest. Here she was found by the forest sprites and nymphs, who, recognising one of their own, transported her magickally to the heart of the forest. There she was nurtured and loved until her hunchback was transformed into the most beautiful, delicate wings. To this day she lives in the Magickal Forest, protecting her frogs and their offspring. At dusk one may be lucky enough to find her sitting contentedly with her oldest and dearest friend, Anuras. You are welcome to join her, her only request is that that you protect the Earth and all itβs wonderful creatures and plants, especially her dear frogs!'

Yes - I drew it in pencil but painted it in Corel Painter.
It's not photo-manipulation.
Thanks

Thank you very much.
There are a few ways to get one of my prints.
I can activate the DA print option on it and you order via DA; or
I can post it direct to you and you pay me via DA points or a subscription.
I will be away for a week from this evening but will contact you again when I get back and we can arrange something.
Many thanks.
Kim

this is very unique, especially as people often don't recongnize frogs as a major part of pond ecosystems.

Thank you kindly for such wonderful encouragement.
I do believe that if one is passionate enough about something, and works at it hard enough - then we can all find our own creative force

Hehe, my city slicker dogs never saw a frog until we moved to the country two years ago. They don't know what they are - so rather safe than sorry, me thinks

My big one hunts whatever runs or jumps away! No chance for the frogs, squirrels , mice or even cats, unfortunately!
