Personality:
Snow is a very serious individual, he seems very balanced and tends not to show emotion wether it be anger or joy. He is quite the perfectionist, though it is not noticeable until he begins to like you. He expects a lot from people he respects, and will tell them if they are not living up to his standards; often rudely. He can come across as very controlling or demanding at times, though he firmly believes what he is telling others will help them better themselves rather than hurt their feelings. Many confuse this with him hating them and distance themselves from him, much to his dismay.

While hard on others, he is twice as hard on himself. Anything he does he expects perfection from, and will get extremely upset and stressed if it does not come out the way he pictured it. Snow always dresses well, and takes care to keep himself looking well-groomed and professional.

Despite his cool exterior, he is very sensitive and embarrasses and gets upset fairly easily. He hates surprises and wants everything thought out and planned. He tends to hate spontaneous characters. Everything he does is carefully thought out, which makes some believe he is slow or stupid. That couldn't be further from the truth, he is very intelligent but takes the time to weigh the good and bad of every decision before he makes one; he rarely regrets his decisions.

If one can look past his overbearing behavior, and take the time to get to know and understand him; they will never have a more loyal friend. He is fiercely protective of his few friends and his family. Snow will plot against someone who has wronged them to make sure the antagonist learn their lesson; in an ethical way or not.

History:
Snow is the youngest of eight siblings, and unfortunately the runt of the litter as well. He was babied his whole life by his overbearing mother, as he was so small and she didn't want a thing to happen to her special little Snowflake. He was home schooled until high school, where he finally convinced her that going to a public school would better his social skills and allow him to develop more as an individual. She hesitantly agreed, but made sure that he always wore the most expensive and latest trends.

He was picked on a lot because of his family's wealth and his height. He was wasn't even over three feet tall and full grown. He was called the 'little Mama's toy', or the general 'rich kid'. He decided after two years to finish out high school being home schooled.

Snow had a good heart, and wanted to help people but had no desire to become a doctor, Lawyer or some other job that would fit his social status. He decided that he wished to be a Police officer and perused that career. His mother hated it because she would see on her 'shows' that cops were attacked a lot and she didn't think her little darling could do such a barbaric thing. He was a stubborn turd so that only made him want to do it even more.

It didn't take long for him to finish his classes and become an official officer. He was sent to be the sherif in a particularly poor neighborhood, where there was plenty of work to be had. Snow expected himself to clean the place up within three, maybe or so years, and get it to be a safe place to live, and allow more people like his family to live there.

In his time as a cop, he learned a lot of things about how the world really was. He found that some were actually afraid of him, fearing he would hurt them even if they had done nothing wrong. It didn't take long for him to fire the cops that were responsible for such paranoia; but it didn't help the neighborhood clean up any. It ended up making things worse because people believed that they could now get away with anything they wanted.

One evening he was leading a investigation on some gang activity when some of the said gang members ambushed them. Everyone got out alive, but Snow had been shot in the knee. After being rushed to the emergency room, he was operated on to try and save his leg. Unfortunately they could save the leg, but not it's function. His left leg was now more of a peg leg, than an actual functioning limb. He would never be able to serve again.

He was sent home on honorary retirement, and scolded by his mother. He was so small and weak, he should have never tried to do something meant for savages. Snow snapped, he couldn't live with his Mother anymore, and packed his bags to move to the safest town away from her. The one that caught his eye was Hemlock.

It is a safe place, and he figured it would be a good little town to live out his life in.
