Pony version of Elsa from Frozen. I have not seen it yet, but read the summary on Wikipedia and a load a fanfictions for it already, And I think this is my favorite character.
If you look at the raised hoof carefully, there’s a snowflake. And I did the fancier type of eyes this time, and a bit of mane shading. You can’t see the mane shine very well, because her mane is near-white. I tried to make the sparkly part of the dress, but all I can do for sparkles is the glowy dots.
Most people doing this made her coat blue, the blue of her dress, but if you do that, then you cannot draw dress(and make it look good), so I eventually decided to leave it white, even though I was afraid there would not be enough contrast with the mane. Almost made her pink. And a horn wouldn't make sense, because of the snow and ice stuff....

Edit: Ok, everyone likes this waaay too much. This is ending up being my most popular picture on tumblr and I actually am getting feedbacks and a request to add to another group's gallery.
Now I will feel guilty if I don't go make Anna pony.... *Goes to draw*
