Silly AU in which in “Megadoomer” Zim receives the correct package (bunch of defective SIRs), then thinks he’s been given his own army of slaves and is very proud of it. To Zim’s delight they start demolishing the whole city, until only 5 of the robots are left that didn’t blow up themselves in the process. Zim wants them to continue destroying the city, but Gir insists that they should watch TV while eating junk with him instead, and they do exactly that, losing interest in what their task was completely. Since then Zim has 5 more Girs to take care of, but unlike Tenn he has a talent for it. They all get their own dogsuits and are named by Gir. Now Zim’s base is a complete madhouse and even Dib is too terrified to break in.
I can also imagine Gir being somehow the most intelligent and experienced one in the group, and the only one who other SIRs really listen to. It annoys Zim greatly.

Ok so like, just gonna say, I’m probably a lil biased cause I love invader zim but this is so damn cute omg, I love the colors and the background and like its just so good, every character’s has a bunch of personality as well!! ((Also I just really like this style)) The only thing I could think of to improve is exactly where the light source is coming from cause that’s kinda confusing me, I can’t tell if it’s from the front or back or what. Anyways this is still super awesome and adorable and makes me kinda nostalgic so keep it up !!! <3<3

Yeah the light source is kinda confusing here. The main source is in the top right corner where the sky with supposedly rising/falling(?) sun is visible, thought since this scene takes place next to the already dark street, there should be glowing lanterns every few meters and maybe even cars with lights on passing by, so the lights can be coming from literally every direction. At least that was my way of thinking when I drew it xd

Umm excuse me whyisthissocuteandamazing??!?!?! I LOVE Invader Zim and this is an amazing art piece just makes me love it more???? I really love the colors, how bright and colorful this really stands out and the shading job on this is really well done along with the background and the lineart is clean, OOF I could go on and on and on about how this picture is amazing!!!! This has to be the best IZ fan concept I've ever seen. I love the names and discernible individual personalities so much. ZIM would totally end up with a chaotic army of doom and roll with it like that, to degrees of success varying from "interstellar domination" to "they ate my base."
Especially digging the idea of GIR being the most sensible of the gang and getting upgraded from doofy sidekick to doofy general and right-hand man. EXTREMELY solid AU I would read 100 comics about it

But now it's my most popular drawing on Tumblr, and people are keep asking for more, so I guess that in the future I'll draw this gang again

I really love the creativity behind this picture's designs and the story excerpt you included in the description too! lol It really ties the whole thing together into a very fun experience!! I'd never actually thought about what would happen if Zim would've got his correct package, but given the luck of the Tallest when it comes to trying to kill Zim, or at the very least get rid of him, things usually tend to go the opposite way. I'd like to imagine that out of blind and dumb luck, Zim would actually walk away the better from that experience lol!
