posted a journal about Archie card submissions. These are what I came up with tonight. I submitted the Jughead and Midge on the left rather than the Betty and Reggie on the right.Reggie looks awful.
Heh heh. I like how Betty turned out, but it's too close to the original style so it makes her look slightly "off" (I tried to give her bigger eyes but still keep the eyelashes the same). Midge is very obviously in a different style so she looks alright.
Why Midge? Um... well... o_o; I was originally going to do Sabrina and Reggie but while looking around at things I decided to try a Midge. I always thought she was kind of fun, plus she would go great with Reggie. Considering that I hate the Reggie I did and like the Jughead, I decided to go with him.

I even say, veronica and reggie look cool together, both are wiseasses, smart, good looking, know how to dress well, are clean and arnt alawys broke. Whereas jughead and betty are great friends, they help each other. Would be cool to see an illustration with them going on double date and archie watching them from the pop tate's window and getting pissed haha

Reggie and Ronnie together would be kind of evil. Neither one would curb the other one. I always liked Reggie, though.

I haven't read Archie since I was a kid, but I really like the style of this, especially the bottom two!

I would have drawn Betty's bikini a tad more...modestly, but that's me.

Aww. Few times out of the Year, I get cleaning highs. I will spend 2-5 hours cleaning in one day.

It's not so much a cleaning thing as a "God damn it! Why the hell is there all this crap in here?!? What is this?!? I don't need this!!! Why the hell am I keeping this?!?" kind of thing.

That sucks. Ah well. ^^ Just goes to show you that it's no good to tease people you don't know. I misspelled synopsis as synapsis once in an email and the guy wouldn't let it go. Needless to say, I didn't feel like working with him after that and never got back to him about drawing stuff for him.
