It was spectacular indeed... I heard about this place by chance.
I had no idea there is such a piece of heaven in the south of
Israel, most of this area is pretty dry... So it was an incredible
surprise!

You don't display your image details, I was looking for the shot time. I think a shot of this during sunrise or in the late afternoon/evening sun would be interesting to say the least.

It was shot during the morning hours. I had no idea this place would be
so incredible, so I got there with my camera without knowing just how RED
everything will be... But what a wonderful surprise it was!
I hope to get there some day in the blooming season during sunset...

I can't even imagine what it must have been like to see such beauty, although...the closest I got was being able to see the beautiful state of Colorado last October. It was like nothing I've ever seen before.

I was so overwhelmed by the red hills, that I couldn't stop taking pictures.
I think the lighting wasn't very good, but I hope to get more pictures of this spot next spring
