I don't have the pattern anymore but it was basically 4 small slice shapes for the head, then 4 elongated slice shapes for the body. If you google a tutorial for sewing a sphere you should find the shapes I'm failing at describing 8'D
Then I just cut and glued everything else including gluing the head onto the body with the ruff in between.
