Description
I decided to take a break from other things I've been working on to make a little ref for one of my characters!

I chose my very old character Chulie, which originally was some sort of a pikachu/charizard pokemon fusion/hybrid that I was given "rights" to design in 2009 haha. Obviously she has come a long way since then, I've completely revamped her and nearly every aspect of her old design except the colors and eggshell.

Chulie's now a cotton candy fairy-dragon! Very small and pixie-sized, would fit in the palm of your hand. Despite her wings' small size and her body's rather pudgy appearance, she can flitter about with her tiny wings and leave glitter trails. Or is it sparkling sugar? Who knows~

I've had this redesign complete for some time but I never actually got around to posting it yet! I'm really happy with it. Even though it's very simple, she's become one of my favorite original designs.

Info about Chulie:
-Very sprightly and energetic, playful and curious
-Loves flowers and eating sweets, as well as cooking/preparing treats herself
-Collects fruits and nectar to use in cooking and for her own garden
-The bottom half of her body is covered in a thick, sturdy piece of her birth-shell, which has been reinforced with a layer of magic, making it unbreakable. She has a strong attachment to it for some reason and refuses to take it off.
-Runs her own patisserie in The Faerie Circle.
