I just imagine that if they were to show up in Horitsuba Gakuen, they'd be just as miserable and unhealthy and in love as always, so here you go: School Nurse (Or biology teacher; school nurse just amused me more and it reminds me of the school nurse in that pigeon dating simulator) Seishiro Sakurazuka and transfer student Subaru Sumeragi in all their angsty, pedo glory.
No one ever wants to visit the school nurse, they'd rather pass out and die.

subaru has shown up in Horitsuba in the Special chapter anyways. And I think it's official Seichan is the school "nurse" Fuumas biogly or math i think XD

I guess I'm just psychic because I was looking up last night if he was in it, but I couldn't find anything saying he was. I knew Kamui made an appearance, but not Subaru. Haha, that just made my day.
I also assumed Fuuma would be a student with Kamui, but I guess they're going off of Tsubasa instead of X, huh? Makes sense since that's the spin-off.
