How did you two meet?

Answer:
Hiccup: That’s basically how it happened. Hey, I was little, okay? They bullied me all the time… It was… terrible. Until Jack came.
Jack: Truthfully, I just wanted to be a hero like in cartoons and anime, haha. But I really did want to be Hiccup’s friend; he started hanging around me since then and I actually enjoyed it, and well, the rest is history.
Hiccup: We became best friends and then partners. And I vowed to become stronger so I could protect Jack like he protected me.
Jack: Hey, I’m the Weapon, I’m supposed to protect you with my life!
Hiccup: And as your Meister I’ve decided to protect you with my life.
