While I adore the PeterxTwi ship, PeterxGwen remains my OTP. I could expect hostilities to come between Twi and Gwen, hopefully maybe they could be willing to share Peter. ;S

Closure would be a good thing for them to have. Peter lost his Gwen when Green Goblin killed her and ended up blaming himself believing he accidentally killed her when he caught her with his web (at least until the revelation in the Endgame arc) and Gwen lost her Peter when he became the Lizard wanting to be 'special' like her which ended up costing his own life and she ended up being blamed for his death. And now with Spiders and Magic IV on the way, both of them will now have the chance to be reunited.
