Step One: DRAW SKELETON

* The hardest part generally (at least for me) is thinking of what you want Discord to be doing. It's good to have a solid idea so that you aren't spending too much time erasing. Make SURE to draw lightly with your pencil. If you press down too hard you will damage your paper and it will be more difficult to erase these lines later.

Step Two: FILL OUT

* Start to fill out the skeleton by adding in outlines and a few of the larger details (feet, horn shape, etc). These lines can be a little harder.

Step Three: FINISH OUTLINE

* Remember this is DISCORD. His body can be a bit difficult to remember because of his differing limbs. His RIGHT ARM is a LION, his LEFT ARM is an EAGLE, his RIGHT LEG is a DRAGON, his LEFT LEG is a DEER, his RIGHT WING is a bat and his LEFT WING is a PEGASUS. The easy way to remember which side is which, is by thinking right - bad and left - good. Right side is scarier things: lion, dragon, bat. And the Left side is lighter things: eagle, deer, pegasus. You'll get the hang of it!

Step Four: DETAILS!

* I love details! <3 Keep in mind that Discord's eagle claw and goat horn are both striped, his lion paw (sometimes) has little brown pads, and his dragon leg/tail have scales. Keep in mind also (because I forget this the most) he has spikes on his tail, bushy eyebrows and a skinny/long beard.

Step Five: OUTLINE~

* I did this with pen because I will color him in. If you want to do this without color - feel free to just darken in with pencil. Tracing pretty much!

Step Six: ERASE

* So you may notice I erased his pupils, stripes and scales - that's because I like to color these in without the hard black pen! This is the end step if you don't add color <3

Step Seven: COLOR

*COLOR IT, BITCH!!! (also, I use at least 27 different colors...Discord is a very colorful draconequus!)
