I can say it is quite lame cosplay.
Firstly, I don't get why exactly these characters are cosplayed (and portrayed generally) as trio. They never interacted in canon, so it would be a good add to originality if you and your friends cosplayed another trio. In example, Splendid, Giggles and Mole.
Secondly, you chose wrong humanizations designs for cosplay. The fact average uncreative inauthentic animu desu gijinka design is used by majority of artists doesn't make it right, it makes it overrated. And I can SOOO prove my view of this design as horribly wrong.
Thirdly, in my opinion, Splendid and especially Flippy can't be cosplayed by girls, unless they are cosplaying fem.versions of said characters. Especially this confers to Flippy, who is (in)arguably the most masculine amongst HTF characters.
Finally, quality of costumes is quite low.

First of all, I was there on zerochan. Know what? Zerochan is just storage when pics stolen from Pixiv and DA rely. So that fans of animu-style "HTF" could find it without effort.
Secondly, I am HTF fan since April 2010. Since that, I've seen more than enough.
Few artists are brilliant. Rest are mediocre. Some rather good artists waste their skill and screw fandom by drawing recurring retarded yaoi pairings, becoming ridiculously popular as a result. At the same time, many really good HTF artists remain unpopular, because they draw not what FanDumb wants.
So, about "HTF" anime. I mean, "regular" one.
Main reason why I dislike it very much - it is all the same. As if there actually was official human HTFs. But being all the same isn't a problem - being uncreative and unfitting is.
Tell me, since when Flippy, warrior with severe psychic shift, became pretty teenage bisexual whore? Since when Splendid, the superhero, became homosexual teenage idiot in baggy tracksuit and falling pants? Since when Flaky became everyone's love (and rape) interest? Why people only ship all the same pairings in all the same way?
Reason why I hate HTF animu: I want HTF fandom to be more creative.
