Hey all! Some peoples were curious about what the oooooold days of CTV looked like, so I went and found the least embarrassing panels from 02 and 03! These are all from long before I started putting CTV online as a webcomic. Most pages had at least one panel that was decent, and sometimes on rare occasions a whole page would look mostly good! I chose these images because for the most part, they aren't getting eaten by the dialogue balloons and they still hold up (somewhat!). Let this be a lesson in perseverance, if I can improve through just doing, everyone can!

Also, the biggest tip I can offer is don't skip pre-sketches. i just slapped the pen right on there and just worked my mistakes into the drawing instead of starting with a solid foundation to work from. Therefore, most of my archive (and the former half of the web version too!) is hard to look at! Don't try to run before you can walk! (my inking still sucks though...It's crushing when you spent an hour forming an image with your pencil and then your stupid hand wobbles the pen and ruins someone's face forever, uuggh!)

*EDIT* And yes, I'm aware that Zeno's totally using the wrong "your" in the first comic, it's because the dialogue was supposed to be "you're a werewolf, it will regenerate anyway" and after changing the sentence halfway (running out of room was a constant problem) I forgot to change it to the correct one before inking I swear I'm not that grammatically inept! My archives are absolutely rife with these "take...luck!" moments! (if you don't get that, it's a Brian Regan sketch here:[link] )
