So I just started playing Pokemon: Arceus Legends last night, and I came across this just a little bit ago. I was trying to sneak up on a Ponyta and it disappeared on me. But the focus button indicated there was a pokemon near by as I approached this tree. When I focused in on it and adjusted the camera, there was the Ponyta, fast asleep and snoring UP IN THE TREE! I was afraid it would wake up and move so I grabbed my phone and snapped a photo as quick as I could. It's slightly off-kilter because I had the controls in one hand and my phone in the other. The Ponyta is above and slightly to the right of my character's head. If you're having trouble seeing it, view the full sized image.

I have no idea if this is a glitch or not. I did catch this one, and shortly after I did, another one spawned in the same area and tried to jump into the same tree! Maybe there's just something about this tree, or maybe these Ponyta are just strange.
