Cool shot, beautiful insect.
How'd you get such a nice bokeh at f/22? Were you using a backdrop?
Keep it up

hehe, I should have figured that at ~1 foot away, at f/22, you'd still have a pretty shallow depth of field...
keep up the great butterflies

It's a stunning shot!
It came out great, especially for something that isn't that large in real life

This picture was stolen from the cover of a butterfly book, only the wings were blue, not yellow. Just because you can mask colors doesn't mean it's your photo. Don't steal other people's work.

I don't steal this PHOTO!
It was taken in Poland, 1 June 2oo9, and I have all rights for this photo.
Send me a link with this "book". If you accuse somebody of theft you must be sure.
BTW. this butterfly doesn't live in North and South Amercia only in Europe, Africa and Asia.
BTW 2. I send a screen of your accusation to moderator.
Have a nice day

Ya know, there's more than one breed of butterfly. There's THOUSANDS. Plenty of them look similar.

Lovely photo! It is hard to tell apart these blue butterflies, there are so many species that differ only with 1 dot or so.
