Hello everyone, this is my first attempt on a hypnosis video.

Not really but on deviant art it is, so I hope you enjoy it. I’d recommend being at home in a room or living room and getting comfy. Without further-a-do let’s get started

Do me a favor and stare at the spiral, I recommend the center if you want a greater affect, now take a big deep breath and relax, try your best not to let any signs of negativity or distractions get in the way and pay close attention to my voice. Close your eyes and just think or somewhere relaxing, for example…you’re at a field full of roses, or a beach with the only sounds being the waves rushing over you, or maybe it’s just your room. Now take another deep breath, just keep imagine you in your happy place, no one bothering you, no more troubles or overthinking, and no distractions. You are slowly starting to falling deeper into a hypnotic trance…you are now starting to fall deeper and deeper the more you relax more and more. I hope it feels great for you, now take another deep breath and allow me to count down from ten
