This is an exceptional image, very near photo real which is very difficult to achieve. It's obvious to me that a considerable amount of effort has been put into not only this image, but the journey you've taken to get your technique to this point. It's not so much the tools that achieve the end result, it's the artist having an understanding of knowing how to leverage the tools, to get the most out of them. Your hard work and dedication is showing in the results.
I'm particularly impressed by the look of her hair, it has a very nice look to it and helps to sell the scene. The depth of field effect was a good choice because it creates "realistic air" around the model.
