Yes those are extra toes, his mama and his uncle Chronus have extra toes too. This is Max, he has 7 on foot, 6 on the other and 5 on both back feet. His uncle and mama just has 6 on both front paws. The name for it is polydactyl <3

Not really, the only thing that's a hindrance is some of the claws. Chronus is fine with his, but Max personally needs two removed. Otherwise they walk, jump, play just fine and can even climb trees and tear up your furniture. XD
