Description Just messin around with a fractal, [link] Whisper by ~Schieben
It's not really a masterpiece, nor is the fractal stock art, so my Fractactic Wings are in scraps.

oooooooooooooooooooooh

pretty!

I didn't even realize it was from mine.

I was going to suggest rendering it bigger, but that would be rather difficult.

NICE job!

what do you mean "very good" ? all i did was pick out my favorite part of your fractal, and reflected it four times in adobe and glued 'em together to look like weird wings.

Art lies in the ability to spot beauty, and to bring it forward for others to see.

When I do a fractal, it's not really "art" - it's only me going, "huh - that looks kind of neat", as I'm looking through variations. The "Art" part comes from recognizing when potential for something beautiful is in the design, and placing the colors just right.

A lot of my pieces look like crap to start with; until I work on them a little in adobe, bringing certain areas
to the front so they can be seen. The "talent" lies in knowing what needs to be recognized.

This is exactly what you did with this piece.
In your own words: "pick out my favorite part of your fractal"
That is Art. Really.
I didn't recognize it was mine until I read your description...
I was heading to +fav it when my eye caught on the description, and it kind of shocked me.
I love what you did to this.

argh! I don't know if you understand what I'm saying - language is so hard!

Trust me; this is very good.

Aww! Yes, I do understand . I'm so glad you like it. Your definition of art is very encouraging.
