Bio: Cloudburst is known for mostly wearing his hockey helmet all the time. Though, according to Beryl, he isn't very tough without it and he's never had a real girlfriend before.

He is portrayed as the "Wild Child of the Band". Excitable, sporty, and fun loving, Cloudburst loves anything having to do with fun and enjoys sports and very childish activities (such as going down a swirly slide). He is the youngest, shortest, and most immature of the group. He is shown to be optimistic, childish, energetic, impulsive, unpredictable, and reckless. He is also very superstitious and illogical, believing in ghosts and the paranormal, as well as being cautious of bringers of bad luck (walking under ladders, black cats and broken mirrors.). He is easygoing and very persuadable, which often gets him into trouble. He can get really sensitive, he is extremely prone to accidents (possible reason for the helmet), he acts impulsively and therefore casually says whatever he has on mind no matter what. Moreover, he is always the last to figure out what is going on or what the guys plan. Because of his childish nature, he almost always tends to rebound quickly from setbacks.

Cloudburst usually suggests thinking "happy thoughts about kittens" when his bandmates get into arguments. He sometimes has little disputes with Mind Tempo, while he constantly get in fights with Diamond Glow. He sometimes has random outbursts, especially when he gets mad, but manages to calm down afterwards. A running gag is that Cloudburst usually almost gets the guys caught or in trouble, and he says the wrong things at the wrong time and he is the least sophisticated not-down to earth guy in FTR.

He is also immature, however he is very loyal to everyone he considers a friend. He'd do just about anything to help a friend, even if he gets hurt in the process, and has said that he dislikes making people cry. Also, Cloudburst is not very good at keeping secrets.

Cloudburst does things without thinking them through. One time, he accidentally invites all his contacts to the non-social gathering the boys held. When is asked by Beryl how/why he had the numbers, he replied, "I'm a people person." According to Applejack, Cloudburst is honest but sometimes he can be too honest. He often talks without thinking how people feel about his statements.

He is considered to be the most naive of the band-mates and and the most tolerant, often letting things roll off his shoulder and being generally easy going, unless someone he cares about is in trouble. He lacks the ability to see the bad in anything and seems to be the type of person that enjoys life without a care in the world. He doesn't have any dating experience and often gets nervous around a girl that he likes due to his lack of experience, he has blown off dates and mistakenly understood double dating as dating two different people at the same time. But, he is not very picky about the girl he hopes to date, as long as they like corn dogs. Cloudburst can be a very sweet guy when around the girl he really likes.

His personality is based off from Carlos Garcia and his appearance is based off from Kendall Knight from the Nickelodeon show, Big Time Rush.
