Black Ink. This is currently my favorite. I got the idea from some folk tale I heard as a kid (I forgot which). Back in Ancient pre-christian times, all the men of the Earth, each night, would gaze up to the sky to look at two beautiful moon goddesses. After awhile, some jealous dude (I don't know whether it was a brother, father or lover) got angry about that, and sent them to live on the sun. So, now, whomever has the odacity to look up at the sky to catch a glimpse of these goddesses, he will -- in return -- get his eyes burned/blinded.
