Sketch of Lars, the German artist, from 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure. I just loved his eccentric character and the whole abstract artist thing. The purple shaded glasses, black turtle neck jumper and the freaking goatee. Yeah this is a drawing of a scene when he was WITHOUT his glasses. OH NO.
I put it in fanart because I think I should have? I saw no point to put my signature on it.
