Anyways, I second what CC said down there, though I understand where you're coming from with this being a "Chibi" picture and all. So, I'll just add my two cents here...
Yeah, the shading on the skirt is a little off. From what I understand by this, Sakura's stance has the torso turned a quarter to the right (hers), while the lower half of the body is almost-straight-on to the audience. Right? The problem is that it's too heavily shaded if that's the case. The shading shouldn't be as drastic since her pelvis is turned closer to the light source than her torso. Dig?
And, a minor anatomy quibble. Her elbow. Bad news first: no one likes elbows. Elbows are ugly. Still, they gotta be shaped right. Elbows are more like... they're not a true, soft point when they're bent. There's the curve of the arm, then there's a sharp, rounded angle. Given the position of Sakura's arm in this pose, the bone in the forearm should stick out, something like this: [link] (ugh, bad image, sorry. It's too small! 
Anyway, these are just some things are noticed. Keep it up, Ami-chan!
(By the way, I love Sakura. That's how I found you in the first place. I saw your icon and was all like, "It's Saku-chan!"

Her body is fairly awkward, while the placement of the arm in the front is quite tilted in a awkward way. Her head is pretty large compared to the body, even the way the body is placed makes it seem even larger, as her eyes a fairly far apart. You did a fairly well job at the coloring, though her shirt has a awkward bulge in the middle where it shouldn't be. Do you see what I'm trying to say there??
Like I said the coloring is done fairly well, try working on the body movements to make her seem less awkward and stiff. Keep it up sweetie!

To tell you the truth, I know about the body. When I was doing the line art, I spent about 30 minutes trying to replace the arm closer to the body and not so...out there. But I gave up, because I have no patience. The other stuff I agree with, except the head part. Its chibi, so the head is supposed to be large.. I think. maybe I'm just on crack. :>
