Evolution:Evolves from Castform when transforming at least once in every weather form (Sunny,Rain and Hail) while holding a White Herb
Ability:
*Cloud Veil:Randomly increases random stats depending on the weather form.
Description:Castloud are very playful Pokémon and love to fly at high altitudes. It is said that weather changes depending on Castloud's feelings. It is also said to have developed new forms with different weather.

Maybe, he could gain a new weather form (possibly Thunder form when using/or opponent using Thunder)!

Well he won't get to Change but the fact he transforms will make him evolve, he will be like a second eevee, but besides of stones its gonna be weather, you'll see it when its done
